Hi! We’re Nikc and Laurynn, and this is our blog dedicated to a household tradition: pizza every Thursday.
We like to mess around with different crusts, sauces, toppings, and methods. We sometimes use recipes, or try to replicate good pizzas from our pasts, but most of the time we dream up our own combos – for better or worse.
Why Thursday? Well, it’s not Friday, but it’s close. You know how in the business casual world, Friday sometimes means jeans, and the rest of the week means nice pants? But then Thursday comes, and maybe you don’t feel like ironing, but you can’t really wear jeans, so you bust out the Thursday pants? Well, this is our compromise between weeknight and Friday night. It involves pizza and beer (and maybe some bad T.V.).
